April is Autism Acceptance Month

April is Autism Acceptance Month! Join us all month long in not only bringing awareness to the unique challenges that can come with an autism diagnosis, but more importantly in accepting and celebrating the differences that are found in all of us!
While it is good to be aware, we must strive to accept and empower children and adults of all abilities. Awareness is knowing that you have a classmate with a disability, acceptance is inviting him or her to hang out with you.
