H.R. 7261, better known as the Reimagining Inclusive Arts Education Act, was introduced by Rep. David Scott (GA-13) and has the potential to bolster access to music, arts education, and creative arts therapies for students with disabilities.
Dance, music, theater, and visual arts provide numerous benefits to students. Unfortunately, students with disabilities often face barriers to accessing these opportunities. This bill addresses these disparities by ensuring that students with disabilities have increased opportunities to engage in arts education and creative arts therapy.
